Per transaction
Applies to each processed transaction, including RFID tag charges and point-of-sale sales.
Pricing
No platform fee, no monthly minimum, no per-user charge, and no annual contract to get a number out of us. You pay per transaction and per ticket sold. Here are the rates.
The whole price list
Applies to each processed transaction, including RFID tag charges and point-of-sale sales.
General admission and any ticket type without an assigned seat.
Tickets sold against an assigned seat on a seating chart, which covers the seat mapping cost.
Signing up, adding users, building events, configuring branding, and sending marketing campaigns.
What you are not charged for
No seat fees
Add every gate volunteer, bartender, box office temp, and venue manager you need. Staffing the event properly does not raise your bill.
Learn moreNo module fees
Campaigns, audiences, segments, verified sending domains, and analytics are part of the platform rather than a paid add-on.
Learn moreNo setup fee
Build events, brand your checkout, set up roles, and test the whole flow before you connect Stripe or sell anything.
No AI surcharge
AI event setup, product help, and campaign design generation are part of the product, not a premium tier.
Learn moreNo lock-in
Orders, attendees, contacts, and settlement figures all export to CSV whenever you want them.
Learn moreNo sales gate
You do not need to talk to anyone to see the product, get a price, or run your first event.
Worth knowing
A pricing page that hides its caveats is just a slower way of surprising you. These are the things that affect what you actually pay.
Ask us anything about pricingPayment processing fees are charged separately by Stripe under your own account
You connect your own Stripe account, so proceeds settle directly to you
Assigned seating uses a seating chart provider, which the 50¢ seat rate covers
RFID wristbands, scanners, and terminal readers are hardware you buy once
You can pass fees to the buyer or absorb them, and all-in price display is supported
Aggregation savings
A cashless wristband can charge the card on every single tap, or take one top-up and spend it down. Either way the money that moves is the same, so the percentage your processor takes is the same too. What changes is how many times you pay a fixed per-charge fee. Move the sliders and watch that gap.
Fixed per-charge fees avoided
—Your processor rate
Pre-filled with a common online card rate. Published rates vary by country and by account, so put your own numbers in and the result updates.
The percentage applies to the same total volume either way, so it cancels out of this comparison entirely. Only the fixed fee multiplies with the number of charges, which is the whole reason aggregation saves money.
Aggregation applies to RFID wristbands, where a stored card is topped up and then spent down
A tap covered by a prepaid balance never reaches your processor, so it carries no processing fee and no RFIDify fee
Card sales taken in person at the bar are charged individually and are not aggregated
If attendees top up as often as they buy, there is nothing to aggregate and no saving
Built for events anywhere
Set your organization currency once and it flows through ticket prices, RFID balances, POS totals, receipts, settlement reports, and every customer email. The application interface ships in English and Italian today, and we add languages when customers need them.
