You confirm
A human approves every write
The assistants propose. You approve. No event goes on sale, no email goes out, and no price changes because a model decided it should.
Artificial intelligence
RFIDify uses AI where it removes real setup effort: turning a description into a draft event, generating a campaign design, and answering product questions from approved documentation. Nothing publishes, charges, or sends without you confirming it first.
Event setup assistant
Tell the assistant what you are running, in ordinary language. It comes back with a draft event: dates, ticket types, prices, capacities, and a seating chart association where one applies. You read it, change what you want, and confirm.
Product help assistant
The help assistant answers from approved RFIDify documentation rather than from general internet knowledge. When the answer is a screen, it gives you a button that opens it. When the documentation does not cover your question, it tells you that instead of inventing an answer.
Campaign design
The same assistance runs inside the marketing module. Describe the announcement and get a complete campaign design back, then edit it like any other campaign before it goes anywhere.
How we use it
AI in an event platform touches money, attendee data, and things you cannot un-send. These are the constraints we build to.
You confirm
The assistants propose. You approve. No event goes on sale, no email goes out, and no price changes because a model decided it should.
Grounded
Product help is answered from approved RFIDify material. If the material does not cover it, the assistant says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
Bounded
The assistants do not move money, issue refunds, or charge cards. Payment paths stay under the same explicit staff controls as always.
No gatekeeping
Every feature on this site is in the product today. Create an account, click through the real screens, configure a real event, and decide for yourself. Talk to us when you actually want to.
