Each role is built around a job someone actually does at an event, rather than a generic permission matrix you have to assemble yourself. Apply a role across the whole organization, at a single venue, or for one event only.

Realtime messaging

Shared devices
A terminal on a busy floor should not stay unlocked.
Screen locking puts a PIN in front of the session when a device is left idle. Enable it for yourself, or require it across the organization with a set idle timeout so nobody can opt out of it on a shared register.
