Operational dashboards
Sales pace, remaining inventory, check-in progress, and register activity while the event is still happening.
Reporting and settlement
One event-specific settlement report reconciles ticket orders, attributed point-of-sale takings, and standalone RFID charges into a single set of receipts. Then the attendee heat map shows which cities and ZIP codes those tickets actually came from.
Settlement
Because tickets, POS, and RFID all run through the same platform, settlement is a single reconciliation rather than an exercise in matching exports from separate vendors. Every line is traceable back to the order or charge that produced it.
Attendee geography
The heat map is built from real billing data on completed orders, not survey answers or guesses. Use it to decide where to advertise the next event, which markets justify a second date, and what your genuine catchment area is.
Honest numbers
A settlement report that quietly rounds or silently omits a ledger is worse than no report. RFIDify surfaces data-quality warnings on the report itself so you know which figures to trust before you send them to a partner.
