Most event platforms save features for a roadmap slide. We would rather just ship them and tell you what changed.
This is the largest release in RFIDify’s history. Sixteen features, and every one of them is in the product right now. You can sign up for a free account and verify all of it yourself without talking to anyone.
Here is what landed.
You can cancel your email platform
RFIDify now has a full email marketing system built in.
Campaigns, audiences, segments, verified sending domains, engagement analytics, contact import, suppression lists, and one-click unsubscribe handling. All of it inside the platform you already use to sell the tickets.

That last part is the whole point. Because your ticket sales and your mailing list live in the same place, your audience builds itself. Ticket buyers join automatically. There is no export, no sync, no integration to maintain, and no monthly invoice from a separate email vendor.
It also means we can answer a question most email tools cannot: which send actually produced orders. Ticket sales are attributed back to the campaign that drove them, so you are looking at revenue rather than guessing from open rates.

There is an AI designer too, which will draft layout, copy, and imagery from a description of what you want to send.
For a lot of operators this single feature costs more than RFIDify does.
You can see what the event actually made
Event settlement reports. One report per event that reconciles ticket orders, attributed point-of-sale sales, and standalone RFID charges into a single set of receipts. Gross sales, fees, tax, discounts, refunds, and net. CSV exports for your finance people and a branded PDF summary for your partners.

It also gives you explicit data-quality warnings instead of quietly rounding something and hoping you do not notice.
Attendee heat maps. Which cities and ZIP codes your tickets actually came from, mapped down to ZIP-code precision from real billing data rather than survey guesses. Useful for deciding where next year’s advertising goes.

You can describe an event instead of filling in forms
AI event setup. Tell it what you are running. It drafts the event, the dates, the ticket types, and the seating association, then stops and waits for you to read it and confirm. Nothing publishes until you say so.

AI product help. Ask how to do something and get an answer grounded in approved documentation, with a button that takes you straight to the right screen. It refuses rather than inventing an answer when the information is not there, which we consider a feature.

The gate keeps moving when the internet does not
Offline ticket scanning. Prepare each scanner before gates open and it keeps validating tickets from a local copy of the credential list. Decisions queue locally, sync back when service returns, and there is duplicate protection across multiple offline lanes so the same ticket cannot walk through two gates.

Venue connectivity fails. That used to be the justification for renting an expensive on-site server. It is not one anymore.
Kiosk mode. Stand up unattended RFID registration on a device-scoped login that can register attendees and nothing else. No staff member babysitting a laptop.
Screen locking. A PIN lock per user, or require it organization-wide with an idle timeout, so a shared terminal on a busy floor is never left sitting open.

Selling tickets got a lot more configurable
Checkout branding. Publish your own colors and type across the entire public ticket funnel. It stays branded inside an iframe on your own website, through a payment redirect, and on the order page afterwards. Custom ticket domains mean the email links stay on your domain too.

Google Wallet tickets. Attendees add their ticket straight to Google Wallet. Same barcode, same scanners, nothing new to install. Apple Wallet is next.

Configurable ticket delivery. Offer digital, mail, or will call per event, each with its own availability window, custom instructions, optional mail charge, and fulfillment status workflow.

Automatic volume pricing. Up to five quantity tiers per ticket type. Buy more, pay less, calculated in the cart and enforced again on the server at payment so it cannot be gamed.
Configurable purchase limits. Caps per order, per event per customer, and per ticket type per customer, with administrator allowances for the legitimate exceptions.
Batch discount codes. Generate hundreds of unique single-use codes in one action, or one personalized code per recipient, and email them from the platform.
Your whole team can actually use it
Staff roles and venue scoping. Six purpose-built roles across organization, venue, and event scope. A gate scanner sees gates. A box office sees orders. Nobody gets handed the keys to everything because the software only had one permission level.

And you can add as many users as you need. Every gate volunteer, bartender, box office temp, and venue manager. Staffing your event properly does not raise your bill, because we do not charge per seat.
Realtime team messaging. Broadcast to the whole organization or message selected staff, with realtime notifications, for the coordination that actually happens during an event.

What this costs
Nothing changed. Still 25¢ per transaction, 25¢ per ticket sold, and 50¢ per assigned seat on a seating chart.
No platform fee. No monthly minimum. No per-user charge. No setup fee. No AI surcharge. No annual contract required to get a number out of us. Everything above is included, not tiered.
One housekeeping note
Because this release added email marketing, audience management, message tracking and attribution, and AI-assisted content tools, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been updated to cover them.
The next time you log in you will be asked to accept the updated Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. It takes one click. Both documents are public and you can read them before you get there.
Go look for yourself
